We had an unusual experience in that we wanted to capture both of our faith traditions on different days and different geographical areas in the same state. “I chose Hailey from the moment we had our initial call to talk through her services. She listened so well to our wedding vision & asked thoughtful questions. We were forgoing a wedding coordinator & other “extras.” Hailey was still excited to take us on as clients which some photographers would not have. I was ready to confirm during the call with how supportive and excited she sounded about our day. From this call, she sent over her proposal for cost & information very quickly. She was responsive via text & email to any questions we had. Closer to the date, she sent over a questionnaire so she could be prepared with the photos we wanted. It also included tips & guidance on making sure the experience is smooth. This was super helpful. During the wedding, I was blown away by her and her second shooter. She was decisive when we needed someone to make a decision, supportive to me as a bride, went above and beyond to handle any last minute changes or hiccups with grace. My husband and I had never had professional photos taken. She made it sooo easy and fun! The photos are sooo creative and I continue to pinch myself that they are ours! Wow! Here’s where she deserves to be shouted from the rooftops: We scheduled a hike we wanted photographed to a waterfall on site at the venue (our venue at Hawkesdene in NC lodges all guests for 2 nights). The venue shared it was 1 mile in/out and not difficult. Well it HAILED the night before and rained all night so the path was flooded and muddy. We had to decide to forge ahead or cancel. She without hesitation was ready to forge ahead, ruining her shoes, to ensure we could still have our hike documented with our guests. She encouraged me along the way and I am so grateful because the photos are just incredible. Anyone would be truly lucky to have Hailey capture their wedding. This review doesn’t do her or her skills justice. I will forever cheer her on & can’t wait to find an opportunity to work with her again in the future.”

“One of my best friends is also a part-time wedding photographer, and she often works with Nick. She photographed my brother's wedding with Nick as her second shooter, and all the photos turned out amazing. When I asked her who I should pick for my wedding photographer (since she was my maid of honor), she immediately recommended Nick and put us in contact. He was very professional during every interaction and always responded promptly. We opted for the package that had a second shooter, included an engagement shoot, and was for a 10-hour day. The quality of his photos for the price is unmatched. It was by far the best investment of the wedding. We did the engagement shoot about a month before the wedding, and he let us pick the locations. The pictures were also returned within the same week. It is well worth doing the engagement shoot because it gives you the opportunity to figure out how each other works, and it made our wedding day that much more relaxing and wonderful. He and his second shooter arrived early on the wedding day and immediately went to work scoping out shooting locations and getting detail shots. He helped make sure we were on time during the morning and afternoon leading up to the ceremony without making me feel rushed at any time. His second shooter was the perfect complement to his personality, which helped all our pictures look stunning while our personalities and real smiles were shining through. We got sneak peek pictures the day after the wedding, and the rest of the portfolio was ready 6 weeks later, which was very fast for someone with a full-time job outside of photography. He kept us updated on when pictures would be ready, which was highly appreciated. When the portfolio was ready, he scheduled a Zoom call with us to show us how to work the website and give us an opportunity to ask any final questions before the site was published. It was a nice personal touch to closing out that chapter of the wedding. Everyone who has looked at the pictures have said how stunning and beautiful they turned out! We cannot wait to have our favorites printed and hanging on our walls to look at for the rest of our lives. We highly recommend Nick!”

“I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Ali! She reached out to me on Zola and I am so glad she did. I was impressed with her portfolio and I really loved seeing how she would capture little moments in the weddings she had done. We set up a video call before booking and we clicked. She is very calm and helped with my pre-wedding nerves. She worked with us on a payment plan and she was always very quick to respond to any of my questions. She really listened to what we wanted. She got to the venue early to scout out different shots and came to check in with me a couple of times before we even began taking photos, which I did not expect but was very sweet and considerate of her. When we were taking photos, she really helped to guide the more “posed” photos but she also captured a lot of beautiful candid moments. We had so many guests come up to us and compliment her and that was before we even got the photos back. She sent us our sneak peeks the next day and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. She captured so many beautiful moments and her style is exactly what we wanted. Nothing felt “overly edited” just perfectly genuine. I cannot recommend Ali enough. I cannot wait to see the full gallery of photos because I know they will be nothing short of perfect.”

“I could write a book about Leah; or at least a very detailed blog post but I'll try to keep it shorter! As a fellow professional photographer, I got the opportunity to meet Leah and work with her as her 2nd photographer on a wedding. It took that one amazing experience and absolute blast of a time to know that whenever it was I got married she was THE photographer for me. Fast forward some years later it was finally my turn to tie the knot and my now husband and I chose our date based on when Leah was available, because there was no other option for me! I have gotten to work with dozens of photographers throughout my going on 10 year career, and I'm telling y'all, it doesn't get better than Leah. The photos - amazing! I love her eye for details, the crispness, the colors! Not to mention she is such a beautiful soul with the best personality and energy, with the professionalism to get a gallery worth of beautiful photos with you barely realizing she's there.
