“Chef Juwanza and his team went above and beyond to deliver the tastiest fine dining in our remote venue! Held in the mountains around 9,000 feet more than 60 miles from a real city, our wedding was catered by true professionals. Our BBQ was juicy and perfect, (Texan Speaking) with an original flavor I’ve never encountered before or since. Our guests were over the moon for appetizers, and notably the Parmesan Salsa was a huge hit! We ended our cherished day with full bellies and smiles.
