My passion for baking began at a young age, fueled by a fascination with the artistry involved in making and designing cakes. What began as a hobby, bloomed into a thriving business. Driven by my passion, I decided to pursue my culinary aspirations further and sought formal training, ultimately earning my professional qualifications.
