“This is my second experience with Flower Moxie, and it was just as good if not better than the first time around. I did the flowers for my friends’ kids’ weddings and used Flower Moxie as our primary source, especially for the more unusual flowers. We used another source for some of the filler flowers that was very inexpensive (starts with a C and ends with an o…) and the flowers were inexpensive and plentiful, but not as exciting as the ones available here, the quality was not the same, but the biggest difference is the customer service. We had a few issues with the flowers (I think it would be surprising not to, based on how many and what kind we ordered), and Alexa, Luis, and Mariale were AMAZING with their immediate and helpful support. They rushed out replacements that were perfect, and worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. Huge shout out to their team - it is very stressful in the days leading up to the big event, and they took a big weight off. If you are unsure about what to get, I highly recommend going with their packages based on color — their recommendations for flowers and amounts are spot on. The videos showing you how to build everything are incredibly helpful and delightfully snarky. I highly recommend!!”

My initial music meeting with Amber was thorough, and really helped ease anxiety I had with the ceremony music. Our ceremony music had to be cut, and our niece sang to the instrumental song, and the DJ, Ali, worked with my niece to help execute it perfectly. Ali stuck to our selected playlist which we were really adamant about wanting. The videographer, Jordan, arrived on time and was great! He worked alongside my photographer without any conflict. We just received our 1-minute video teaser and just the 1-minute video is absolutely what we hoped for and cannot wait to see the full video. Amber and Celeste were great throughout the entire process, and the day of the wedding Amber communicated with the groom and I and made sure we didn’t need anything and were enjoying ourselves. The photo booth was a huge hit, and our guests loved it. The attendant, Jordan, was friendly, and helpful with how the photo booth worked. We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers.
