We're SO glad we decided to get married at The Boylston Rooms! The pictures show for themselves how beautiful the venue (and surrounding areas for photography) are, but the staff are what make this place extra special. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was nothing but professional. They were clear and timely communicators, helped troubleshoot things during the planning process, and came with loads of wedding wisdom that helped set us up for success on the big day. When the big day came, I also appreciated how often their staff checked in - even to make sure I was eating (it's the small things!) - and were ready to jump into support anywhere. A special shout out to Myles, who played a supporting role during our wedding portraits, helping me to keep my very long veil under control! A few other things I'll mention: - Their storage room filled with decor you can borrow is SO helpful. Less that you need to buy (and potentially waste post-wedding) and can even make decision-making easier when there are 1,000 versions of the same item online. - Their wedding suites are great to have available too. Obviously for getting ready, but it's also a nice reprieve if you need a quiet moment during the reception. - The Boylston Rooms only works with one caterer, Myer's Catering. Our guests are STILL raving about the food. (There's more flexibility with other vendors). - The Boylston Rooms also owns/is affiliated with The Wedding Day Trolley, which we used to transport our guests to/from the hotel. Amanda, Matt, Hanna, Casey, and all of the staff at the Log Cabin helped to make our wedding day as perfect as it could possibly be. They made the planning process so as smoothly and stress free as possible. Our day of coordinator Matt and his team helped to take every ounce of pressure off our shoulders the day of so that we could truly immerse ourselves in our guests and our experience. Everyone we worked with, especially Matt and Amanda, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and fun! Matt and our head waitress Hanna even made it out on the dance floor with us.. I mean come on!! It can’t get much better than that. \n\nThe interior and back exterior of the venue is what dreams are made of. The ceremony location over looking the Berkshires was perfection. The landscaping was the perfect backdrop for every one of our photos. The back patio that we had access to for cocktail hour and throughout our whole reception was unique and stunning. Finally, the sunset we got to experience from the patio was like nothing I have ever seen before.
