Lance Fletcher and Grandezza, that’s how. The facility accommodates 300 people, so plenty of room for social distancing among our 100+ guests. A little bit it adjusting for the cocktail hour to ensure we followed the COVID orders- and the day was a huge success! Biggest surprise? How much the guests loved the outdoor terrace just off of the ballroom. The food was amazing. The venue is drop dead gorgeous. Lance and Stephanie went out of their way to make certain the wedding was a success. My guests comments uniformly included the word “impeccable.” We considered other venues including Sanibel Harbour and Gulf Harbour - but I think I got more for the money and ultimately a more beautiful wedding reception at Grandezza. I probably toured the venue 6 times after we booked and I never felt like an inconvenience. \nOnce it got closer to our wedding date, Meghan’s communication couldn’t have been better. Our rehearsal went flawlessly, thanks to her attention to detail and background. When I told her about my very unique, deadly allergy, she didn’t hesitate to be sure that I would have no issues on my wedding day. \nThroughout the actual wedding day, we were catered to for everything, we never had to ask for water, or an update on a vendor arriving, everything was absolutely perfect.\nI wish I could give out 10 stars for the Amazing work of every single staff member that worked my wedding. We had our wedding here then stayed the night in the house. After our wedding, for about 3 days we kept talking about how truly amazing our coordinator Cathy was. We thought that maybe we should figure out how to give her an award, lol. She decorated everything for us so perfectly. When I opened my gift, she wanted to see and she teared up with everyone else in the room - just like family. When we were taking pictures, she ran water out to us. As soon as we sat down for the reception, she brought us our food. At the end of the night she already had everything packed up for us. We can go on forever... It was a better wedding than we could have ever imagined. When we went to the Barn at Oleander, we met with one of the Owners, Erin. We instantly clicked and felt like we’ve known her for years. We toured the Venue and booked the date right then and there. Not only was Erin and her staff AMAZING, but the Venue has a preferred vendor list and everyone we used were top notch. Each vendor we used really seemed to care about us and delivered amazing products. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Erin made the process less stressful and worked with us to make the day perfect. Everyone tells us how our wedding was the best they have been to in a long time and I really give credit to not only our vendors but to the Barn at Oleander. My husband and I got married at this magnificent venue 1/27/24. From the first time we visited to the end of our wedding night the staff made us feel like a king and queen. They will cater to your every need big or small. I left feeling like Lauren (the head of operations) was apart of my family. She answered every single text and was there from me from the beginning even if I was a bridezilla! I will truly miss her as she made me feel like a princess. The venue has an absolutely gorgeous space for a ceremony which we called “the island” paired with a breathtaking cocktail hour and reception area. I had guests tell me they felt like they were in a hallmark movie! The bridal suite was something out of a fairytale, with several stations for you and your girls to get ready in (the PERFECT photo op.) I watched my guests file in from upstairs and it was such a surreal feeling that I could not get anywhere else. Again, I would like to sincerely thank Lauren Russell and the rest of the staff for making a notoriously stressful day, a breeze. Do not go anywhere else!
