I have had the opportunity of DJing and working many varying types of events with Katrina and her crew from the Hilton Garden Inn. It's rare that from a behind the scenes point of view that I witness such precise execution - especially during events where things may not always go as planned. It's refreshing to see people who actually care for their clients, and put effort into making each event special. I'm thankful that I'll be creating amazing celebrations with them in the future!

The newly renovated restaurant occupies three rooms of a 1700s farmhouse, complete with two working fireplaces and surrounded by perennial gardens. Familiarity walks hand in hand with the unexpected; old and new blend to form a timeless ambiance that is comfortable and welcoming.

We have had the privilege of working at the Farmhouse at People's Light on multiple ocassions and couldn't recommend it more highly. The Farmhouse is such a unique space, with creative locally made art on display and integrated throughout the property, both indoors and out! Some of our favorite features include the cozy bridal suite with a working fireplace and how the event space perfectly flows from indoors to outdoors. Richard & Dawn are two of the kindest and best people to work with in the wedding world, with an ability to help organize a perfect event and keep you smiling through everything.
