Everything went so smoothly the entire day. Rebecca and Scott along with their staff have this down. Rebecca was their to answer any questions, she helped with vendor suggestions from catering, photographers to the DJ. They had a lot of decor for my daughter to choose from and use. The setup there is perfect. Everything about that day just flowed, including the property itself and in the blink of an eye it was over. They helped pack our things up at the end of the night, they took care of cleaning up, I was back in my hotel before I knew it.\n\nI highly recommend North Star Farm to any parent whose child is looking for a venue. The venue location sits beautifully in the bluffs and is isolated enough that we felt like our wedding was ours and everything we needed was either provided to us by Holly or was easy to find. Our guests stayed in LaCrosse and it was easy for us to get transportation to and from the venue. One of the biggest pluses was having the apartments available to us. We were able to arrive and stay at the venue the entire weekend. Which made everything less stressful for us. Where to even begin!? Steve, Jana, and the rest of the crew are just the nicest people you will ever meet, and they made the entire process so easy from the first info call to the last song. We felt assured we were in good hands the entire time, and the confidence continued throughout the day as they seamlessly followed the timeline and made sure everything was exactly what we had planned. \n\nIn addition to the amazing people, the property and buildings are truly breathtaking. It’s the perfect blend of outdoorsy, elegant, adventurous, modern, and cozy. It’s clear how much thought and effort they have put in to already create an amazing backdrop that we didn’t feel stressed with decorating at all. Every space speaks for itself and emphasizes the beautiful nature that is all around. \n\nWith that, we really appreciated the freedom to make the spaces our own and include unique elements that felt true to who we are as a couple. We got to be creative with vendors, photo spots, ceremony locations, getting ready, and other optional amenities that contributed to it feeling like our own property for the day! \n\nWe also highly recommend Steve’s business Trustworthy Music for a DJ. Steve added so much energy and kept our guests on the dance floor the entire time. We also highly recommend Jana for a day of coordinator. She is so knowledgeable, a blast to work with, and went above and beyond checking on us and our guests throughout the wedding. \n\nWe truly could go on and on about how grateful we are to have found Maidenwood for our day (and have been for the past 3 weeks!). What really made them stand out though was their incredible attention to detail - they helped us decorate the space beautifully, and even gifted us mimosa supplies for the morning of the wedding! The owner, Mike, was amazing and made sure everything went so smoothly. We also loved that they had outdoor games for our guests to enjoy. The value was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue.
