“Sound Originals was beyond incredible for my wedding. I communicated to them that I wanted to add video a few months out from my wedding and it was a stress free process. My husband and I are a bit awkward when taking photos and my photographer and videographer were so great in helping us get comfortable and trying different poses that made us less awkward in front of the camera. They both helped keep the energy high all throughout the night and my only regret was not hiring them for longer to capture things that had happened after they left. “Ashley drove all the way up from Philadelphia to photograph our wedding in the Boston area. Her prices were quite reasonable, including the travel costs. She was a very pleasant and relaxed photographer, flexible in the face of uncertainty and complexity, and able to marshall children and adults effectively. Her street photography background lended itself perfectly for candid, intimate, dynamic images, which we were hoping to capture for our guests. Our wedding was on November 3rd, 2024. We received 1100 online photographs on March 29th, 2025, and a USB of all photographs around April 15th, 2025. So it took 20 weeks, 6 days for the full set of photographs. Ashley was able to get us several photographs on November 9th, 2024, which was a pleasant experience after the wedding. My wife was concerned that we might not get the photos from Ashley, as time went by and we could not contact her. During the winter my wife was contacted by another recent customer of Ashley's to ask if we had gotten hold of her and received photos, as the other customer had not yet and had been unable to contact her. The effort of calling, texting, or emailing her every few weeks with no or infrequent responses did become a bit of a chore for us. We're giving Ashley 4 out of 5 stars because the quality of her photos and her quality as a member of the wedding day does not deserve a lower rating. We just wanted you to know of the delay and lack of contact we experienced after the event. It might have been a temporary setback for Ashley, we can't tell from her communication with us. Good luck in your wedding planning!”

Before we even booked, he gave us a timeline for how the day would go and we just felt so comfortable with him and knew he knew what he was doing! An of course the photos of his that we looked at were stunning! I remember getting off our phone call and my then fiance and I were like yep that’s our guy! It wad completely pouring rain the day of our engagement photos, but we had so much fun shooting with Ramy and the photos came out AMAZING, so it didn’t even matter. We got to know Ramy more and by the end it felt like we knew him forever! Leading up to the wedding, we talk through a more detailed timeline with Ramy and he was so helpful in making sure we did it the way we wanted but also that it flowed. Our one big thing was that we wanted to be at cocktail hour for at least half. Immediately he said we would be there for more than that (and he was right!!). On our wedding day, we truly felt like Ramy & Nancy were part of the family. They are the kindest, happiest, and most fun people. Not only did they take beautiful pictures and capture our day so well, but they added to the joy of the day. They made us and our families laugh throughout the day and captured everything we knew we wanted. Their energy is positive and infectious and we loved spending time with them. We never felt rushed around or like we were taking pictures forever. Nancy is also like a fairy godmother in addition to being a great photographer!! She fixed bustled my dress right after pictures, took out my veil, and fixed my bustle numerous times throughout the night. I just can’t say enough about both Ramy & Nancy. I promise if you book with them you will have the best day ever!! Thank you Ramy and Nancy for everything!!!”

Our communication during the wedding planning process was always quick and extremely helpful. She made sure we were on the same page with our photo timeline for the day of the wedding (even with a few last minute changes the day of!) and visited our reception site a few days before the wedding to search for good photo spots. My fiancé and I knew we wanted a photographer who would capture not only the classic wedding portraits but also the candid, silly, and fun side of the wedding. And oh my goodness did Janine DELIVER!
