All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were with us through every step of our wedding day with lots of support and smiles.\n\nThe cottage for getting ready is very cute, the chapel is beautiful, and the reception hall is great as well.\n\nThey have many services included in their various wedding packages like catering, DJ, photographer, and cake. They also have outside vendors that they work with frequently, such as hair and make-up and a florist, who are all wonderful.\n\nThey are inclusive, and they are supportive of LGBT weddings. My now wife and I are part of the LGBT community, and we were treated very well by the entire team.\n\nWe were able to have our wedding exactly how we wanted, and they worked with us on every detail. On the day, they had the entire day scheduled and kept us on track, which is actually so necessary and helpful on a day when you're trying to do so many things. Everything went smoothly and as stress free as a wedding can be. Just amazing job done by Colt and his team. I was panicking when I got to the venue because hair and makeup ran an hour over, he assured me we were fine and we’d have plenty of time. He kept us on schedule for the ceremony and reception and just was there every second. Once we got into the reception he brought my husband and I ice packs and put them in the back of our shirt/dress. He made sure we got food, drinks, etc. Colt is amazing. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone told me how amazing the venue was and the food was so good. The cake was absolutely amazing. The DJ was amazing! We had the best time. I can’t recommend Jordan Springs Estate enough. The owners here are wonderful, they truly care about their couples. There aren't a lot of venues out there that we feel the same. Sadly, many other venues only see couples as cash revenue. The team at Ostertag goes all out to give every couple a fantastic experience. Having owners with a good heart and a caring personality makes the difference.
