He handled my "Type A" personality with such grace and enthusiasm, truly listening to my partner and me as we described our vision: warm, family-oriented, rustic, and inviting. He fully embraced our ideas and worked with us to create a custom menu that perfectly fit our theme while ensuring everything was achievable for his team. Rocco not only executed our wedding reception flawlessly but also took care of our rehearsal dinner. Since we chose not to have dancing and instead focused on a family-style celebration, the food needed to be the star of the evening—and Rocco delivered. The family-style setup was perfect, encouraging connection and conversation without the delays of a buffet. Thanks to his portable kitchen parked beside the barn, every dish was served hot and fresh. What truly set Rocco apart was his attitude. He was so full of joy, personally checking on each table to ensure everyone had what they needed. All of our guests left raving about the food and we were so busy eating that we just completely forgot to even take photos of the food! If you’re looking for something unique, whether it’s featuring a specific flavor or creating a family-focused atmosphere, I cannot recommend Rocco enough. He found the perfect balance between our vision and our budget, and while I love how everything turned out, I’m genuinely going to miss talking to him now that the wedding is over!”

They took the time to meet with us on numerous occasions (both at their restaurant and at our venue) to make sure there were no missed details. They worked closely with us very early on to develop creative and elevated cocktail hour and dinner menus that our guests raved about afterwards - if you're looking for suggestions, the cheesy arancini balls were the clear favorite during cocktail hour, and the chicken satay bites (pictured) were a close second! The team was very careful to suggest ingredients and dishes that would help us lower costs without sacrificing quality, portion sizes, or gourmet touches. On the day of the wedding, they were extremely well-prepared, and their waitstaff were experienced and professional individuals. Early on during dinner service, they encountered some problems that were absolutely no fault of their own, and they pivoted with such care and precision that we didn't even know there were issues!
