WE OFFER A CLASSIC, VERSATILE, INCLUSIVE, AFFORDABLE, and LOW STRESS VENUE. My husband David and I have taken into account every detail you would need on your wedding weekend, from the Friday set up and rehearsal, to the Saturday preparations and photos, to the ceremony, reception, and after party! Our overnight accommodations of two suites inside the venue along with stand alone separate groom's and bride's houses, make the weekend even easier! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. Where you say “I do” overlooks the South Cumberland State Park and breathtaking mountain views. We are located on 8 private acres that has two waterfalls! You get access to a beautiful bluff view that makes wonderful photos! We provide plenty of parking, electricity on the bluff, brown doors that you walk through, and a traditional arbor. Our venue package includes the entire weekend where you check in on Friday and check out on Sunday, giving you two nights and three days to relax and have a stress-free wedding. Also, if you prefer to have your wedding on a different day than Saturday, we are flexible in adjusting your big day so you will still get the 2 nights / 3 days with us. You will be staying in our rustic and romantic honeymoon log cabin suite filled with antiques from Yorkshire, England.

We also have the oldest house in the valley right on our property, which is a pre civil-war home! Magnolia Farm offers three event spaces and 2 outdoor ceremony options for you to choose from, giving your guests' room to roam and enjoy both indoor and outdoor views, as well as an option for you and up to 22 guests to stay onsite for your wedding weekend. While we are not all inclusive at the moment, we do have an open vendor policy so you can choose what other vendors you would like to use to help make your day special! Hey there! Meet Blake and E mily Culpepper, the proud proprietors of At Rivers Edge, Cabin Rentals & Venue. Their little family comprises of their energetic two-year-old, Addie Mae, and their Boykin Spaniel, Georgia. Blake hails from Estill Springs, while Emily is from Douglasville, Georgia. After tying the knot in 2019, they made the leap from Manchester to their dream farm on the Lynchburg-Winchester border in 2020. With a sprinkle of business magic and a pinch of passion for hospitality, The Cabins were born in May 2021, welcoming guests from around the globe to their slice of paradise. Now, with The Barn adding the final touch, their dream has blossomed into reality! The Culpeppers are immensely thankful for the support received through cabin rentals, weddings, and events. Their goal is to ensure a remarkable experience for all who journey through their doors.
