The Blue Moon is the only true ballroom in the Rochester area. The sound system is fantastic and used by our recommended DJs. You can save big bucks by using any outside catering service that you want. We have one exclusive vendor for the bar. Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time. A "one-stop-shop" stress-free experience with excellent service is what we offer. Our beautiful Ballroom holds up to 300 guests. We include a two-room suite for the Bride & Groom the night of the Reception, we have a Banquet Manager that runs the event from beginning to end, we set up and tear down all the decorations, all the linens, tables and chairs are included (we will add our chair covers for $2 each) and we include uplighting in the room. We also do a group block for your guests at a discounted rate. We set up a Host and/or Cash Bar at no extra cost. The Ceremony can be held here as well for a small fee. We will need 2 hours between the Ceremony and the Reception to flip the room. Our Pre-Function Area and Patio are ideal for a Cocktail Reception during that time or guests can come back when the Reception opens. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse caters for our events. Our Chef is very flexible and we offer options for guests with dietary restrictions.
