“Jordan, Cory, and the entire team at Rocky Mountain Catering went above and beyond for our wedding! Most importantly, the quality of the food stood out for us and the rest of the guests. The apps, mains, and sides were all delicious…and the leftovers still taste great! We had numerous guests rave about the food throughout the night, with a variety of dishes shouted out as favorites. The service was top notch, as well. Their banquet team was on top of everything and ensured we did not lift a finger the entire night. They had apps, beverages, and a surprise charcuterie board prepared for us when we returned from the ceremony site to sign our marriage license. Throughout the night, their team was present and responsive to all of our needs. In the booking process, we found their prices to be very competitive and the team easy to work with. We found the booking team reluctant to nickel and dime us for requests and alterations along the way. They even had a couple extra vegetarian plates prepared on wedding day, that came in handy when a guest didn’t report their preference ahead of time.
