First Presbyterian Church of New Orleans was an incredible partner for our wedding day, even though we did not get married at their church. From the moment we reached out, the staff was incredibly responsive and caring, guiding us through the process of their pre-marriage counseling and officiating our ceremony at our chosen venue. They were wonderfully supportive and caring not only for our wedding, but to our whole family as well. I cannot begin to express how grateful we are to the Intercontiental Hotel for our wedding weekend. The staff from the get-go (parking and bell hops) were so so kind. The front desk staff and managers were so kind. Down to the event staff and the Operations Manager, Brian Parker. They were there for us for anything and everything we needed and treated us as if we were their friends. Our guests and family members even complimented us on how well they were treated by everyone at the hotel. The newly renovated ballroom here is stunning! It was everything we could have ever dreamed of! And we received so many compliments on the food. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a hotel wedding in the city.
