After chatting on the phone, we sent her some Pinterest boards with more details about our style and vision. Within 24 hours, Melissa sent a very thorough itemized proposal with the exact flowers and items for us to confirm within our wishlist and budget range, such as bouquets, corsages/boutonnieres, the flower girl basket, the ceremony arch, table centerpieces, and wedding cake florals. The whole proposal signing and decision-making process was super smooth and easy. Something I thought was really unique is that they were able to repurpose our ceremony arch into our sweetheart table decor in order to reduce the cost, as well as repurpose the flowers in a sustainable way. Blooms by JG was able to give us a bridal bouquet, 7 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 pocket boutonnière for my husband, 10 regular boutonnières for the groomsmen/fathers, two substantially large and absolutely gorgeous floral pieces for our arch/arbor, and approximately 90ish single white roses for our centerpieces all within our floral budget! Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

“This is my second experience with Flower Moxie, and it was just as good if not better than the first time around. I did the flowers for my friends’ kids’ weddings and used Flower Moxie as our primary source, especially for the more unusual flowers. We used another source for some of the filler flowers that was very inexpensive (starts with a C and ends with an o…) and the flowers were inexpensive and plentiful, but not as exciting as the ones available here, the quality was not the same, but the biggest difference is the customer service. We had a few issues with the flowers (I think it would be surprising not to, based on how many and what kind we ordered), and Alexa, Luis, and Mariale were AMAZING with their immediate and helpful support. They rushed out replacements that were perfect, and worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. Huge shout out to their team - it is very stressful in the days leading up to the big event, and they took a big weight off. If you are unsure about what to get, I highly recommend going with their packages based on color — their recommendations for flowers and amounts are spot on. The videos showing you how to build everything are incredibly helpful and delightfully snarky. I highly recommend!!”
