Our goal is a perfect wedding & a fun reception. Although we have seated 115 comfortably in our space, we have noticed that 100 & less seem to be the best fit here. Our decor room, this room cannot only decorate your entire wedding, but WE do the decorating for you when you purchase this add-on, saving you around $1500 to $2000. Indoors or out the Glenpool Conference Center is the perfect backdrop for your event. Outdoor features including on-site lake, waterfall, fountains, outdoor amphitheater, and large outdoor fireplaces. Our venue has a spacious 3,200-square-foot for reception all heated and cooled with a capacity of up to 250 guests. One feature we offer is to extend your celebration with a luxurious overnight stay in our exclusive bridal and groom suite.

Over the course of two years, our three beautiul daughters were married at three different venues. A few years later, we purchased our property with plans to build a barn for my husband's tractor. However, as I reflected on our daughters’ special days and how perfect our property seemed to be for other couples, we decided to transform the barn into a charming event space. We added sparkling chandeliers and rustic sliding barn doors, and the tractor still hasn’t made its way inside.

Battle Creek's event room is a perfect space for your Wedding and/or Reception! The space has panoramic windows overlooking the beautiful golf course, with views of downtown Tulsa in the distance. We offer outdoor ceremony options in addition to the rental of the banquet room, or can be used for reception only. We are also open to outside catering and bar services. The space can accommodate up to 160 but can also serve as a space for smaller events without feeling oversized.

The Barn at Coal Creek is located in Northeastern Oklahoma and sits on 25 acres of farmland and can accommodate up to 200 guests. It's set off of Highway 69 on the outskirts of Wagoner, Oklahoma, heading south toward Muskogee. There are two on-site suites, as well as hotel accommodations less than 10 minutes away. With a full kitchen and bar area, we can meet every need for a variety of events. It's a peaceful spot, but not too far from the city.
