The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. An industrial space, the farm is a blank slate to work with so that your wedding vision can come to life. Seat up to 175 guests inside the barn across the two levels. Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level.
