“First of all my Husband and I wanted our guests to be comfortable and enjoy good food and vibes and Rachel and Phyllis made that happen. They offered great food choices to which we went with food stations... my Aunt is still talking about the mac and cheese station. We tasted quite a few and you can not go wrong with any of them. My Husband is a trained chef and he was so excited about how good everything was. I mean, delicious. In honor of my Dad they also created a ice cream sandwhich station, letting me pick all the choices I wanted. I am so grateful. We got married at The California Botanical Garden in Claremont. We chose our ceremony at the California court yard and our reception at the Lewis family forest pavilion. It was perfect. Rachel and Phyllis let us walk the venue as often as needed/wanted. They worked beautifully with our vendors and our family and friends who were helping with some set up. The whole time Rachel helped me, even when she did not need to. All the way to the point that she held up the back of my dress as we were leaving so it did not get dirty. It ended up raining on my wedding night and the team got all of us covered and my guest were able to sit and be dry and enjoy all the food stations. Miracle workers. In planning they were excellent too, all the colors and different ideas of plates, napkins, etc. They helped me plan it out so well. If that one sentence doesn't pull you in, let us explain how everything went down for us! We reached out to NOMADA through email and had the absolute pleasure of working with Laura who was super professional, helpful, and always coming up with ways to make our event even better! We got to meet her and the NOMADA team in person at our tasting and it was WONDERFUL! They let us try everything (which we recommend going with an absolutely empty stomach because you're gonna want to try EVERYTHING)! We fell in love with all of the food (especially the Chilean Sea bass tacos--YUMMM!) and we were already tailoring what we would want for our wedding menu! After the tasting, we signed a contract that they really helped tailor towards our event and make sure that everything was covered (i.e. mobile kitchens, chips and salsa, servers, etc.). After that, we had to wait a few months until the event (just DREAMING of eating their delicious food) and all during that time, they answered all of our questions and made sure we felt taken care of! When it was finally time for our wedding... NOMADA WAS INCREDIBLE! So many of our guests told us they were some of the best tacos/food they have EVER had at a wedding before! They also couldn't stop talking about how nice and helpful the team of servers were! Overall, the whole team SMASHED IT out of the park in every sense and we truly couldn't have been more thankful them! Overall, the food was delicious, the service was efficient and so personable, and all of their attention to detail throughout the whole planning process was unmatched. Our guests felt so taken care of and well fed as everyone went back for seconds (and possibly thirds)! They are worth every single penny! This venture was called Grinds & Vine Coffee Bar, where the community was the most important factor of his establishment. One day Alexa came in as a guest to study and have some coffee. She was quickly mesmerized by the PB&J sandwich and their delicious cold brew options. They shared some great conversations about food and life then quickly became friends, which then blossomed into something more. “Truly a remarkable experience from start to finish, they operate with such excellence! We have been using Off the Vine Dining for a couple years now. They have done intimate events with us, and some of our larger company events with hundreds of people. Brian has always been extremely helpful curating menus with me, all of the menu offerings are so fantastic that I have always had a problem selecting items. He goes above and beyond with taking in account all of our dietary restrictions that some of our guests have, he has even customized and created some menu items for us. I was so touched at one of our events when Brian overheard one of our guests say they didn't do dairy, and was able to make some small adjustments so that the guest could still enjoy every dish. That's above and beyond! Brian and his team always do a beautiful, professional, and efficient job setting up, serving, and cleaning up. The decor is stunning, they have fresh flowers and everything is presented so wonderfully. They even left my kitchen cleaner then when they arrived, I told my husband lets host an event next time we need to clean our kitchen, hahaha!! The service is always amazing, the team is so cheerful and always smiling during the events. You could tell they really loved serving people, it was such a delight to experience. She answered all of my questions and accommodated all the changes I had throughout the process and was so easy to work with the entire time! When it came to day of, everything regarding food was perfect. For cocktail hour, I unfortunately, did not get to the baja grazing table before it was ravaged by my guests hahaha, but everyone I spoke to regarding the grazing table said it was amazing! And then I literally cannot stop thinking about the lemon ricotta crostini. I still get comments specifically about it from friends to this day. All the passed appetizers were so good and then dinner was even better. The staff the day of was amazing and had a plate ready for my husband and I as soon as we sat in our seats at reception. Welcome. Chef Jason started out in the kitchen at 15 years old as a dishwasher at Red Lobster washing dishes and baking. From there, he worked many cook’s lines until I earned my first chef position under Emeril Lagasse over ten years ago. He's went on to operating casino kitchens, private dining clubs. Since relocating from Atlanta, GA Jason has gained experience in kitchen consulting and new restaurant openings. After 25 years in the industry, He is now starting a new journey into the Private Chef sector. He refers to his style of cooking as Southern Creole cooking, where it’s much more than cooking…it’s about the overall experience.

“PubGrub was great to work with, they were professional, kind and customized our wedding to what we wanted which wasn't on the menu.
