Without a doubt one of the best decisions my husband and I made when planning our wedding was hiring Exceptional Entertainment. We worked with Joe, and he was very communicative. He was the vendor we met with the most, and even though that may sound excessive for a DJ, it really isn't. The DJ is the life of the party for a wedding, so it's 100% worth it to invest the time & money into it if you and your guests want to have a great night. Joe did a phenomenal job with the transitions and kept people out on the dance floor. We also had their Photo Booth services and it was a hit with the guests. The picture quality was great and guests could get a copy sent to their phones immediately after. Another cool add-on they offer are their cold spark machines. If you're looking for an alternative to the sparkler exit, these have the same affect in wedding photos but less of the chaos of having to organize and manage all of your guests with sparklers. They were beautiful and definitely added a \"wow factor\" to the night. We had several phone conversations and it was clear he put a lot of thought and effort into the extra little details that could elevate the event for the Bride & Groom. Dallas can be talkative, but I think it's because he's so set on going above and beyond for his clients! During the wedding, he was professional and attentive. The couple wanted to go between dancing and karaoke during the reception and Dallas made it happen while taking requests from the guests. There was a slight issue with the microphone sound during the reception when he would announce certain things (line up for buffet, remember to sign the guest book, etc - this was NOT an issue during speeches), but I feel like it may have been the venue.
