The HIlton Garden Inn Denver Union Station was built in 2019 to provide a strongly needed unique and boutique hotel in Lower Downtown Denver. The adjacent Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar began it's life as Denver's 1st hose company, part of the fire department, in the late 1800's and now is the local spot for comfortable and sustainable food choices. Tivoli Student Union is a historically beautiful and unique building on the Auraria Campus. Built in 1870 by German-born Mortz Sigi, the Tivoli was originally part of the Colorado Brewery. They wanted a unique home with Colorado history so they modeled the building after Bent's Fort off the Santé Fe Trail. Originally it was supposed to be a summer home but decided to add the restaurant before construction was completed. The Fort has been owned and operated by the Arnold Family for 60 years. We are known for our buffalo and game meats as well as our historical mountain ambiance. The Fort features seven different private areas for your reception, depending on your group size.
