Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farm house with towering giant trees (they are grand old grandpa's and we love them!) The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farm house with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use just to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 16 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

Burlington offers couples the exclusive use of the property for the duration of their occasion. Two outdoor ceremony sites are available, as well as an expansive indoor ceremony space that can double as a reception venue. The Groom and his bridal party have a separate room and is located a short walk away near the barn. The remodeled rustic barn is just a few more steps away with a fixed dance floor and twinkle lighting. We provide white padded chairs and tables for 150. We have another covered site for inclement weather. Ample parking and majestic scenery for you and your guest to enjoy as they meander down past cows and goats to the wedding site. For Saturday weddings the Friday before is blocked off so the wedding party can come in a decorate and have their rehearsal at no extra charge. The pergola was designed to capture sunset between the pillars overlooking the river, to make those everlasting memories.
