“Review from mother of the groom: I recently (Feb. 2024) used Catering Cart for a rehearsal dinner. Our experience throughout the process (planning to event) was great. Tara and I emailed many times during the planning stage and she always responded timely and answered MANY questions to get every detail just right. The night of the event went so smoothly. The staff (Amanda, Brandi, Daniel and Levi) showed up on time, were professional and kept us on schedule for the night. At one point we (myself and the staff) realized the flow of the night would go a little smoother if we made a few changes and they were happy to accommodate. Many guests commented on how good the food was (Mexican theme buffet). I do not live in the Chattanooga area but if I did, I would definitely use Catering Cart again!”

Beyond that, he was so responsive and easy to work with. We customized our menu and added things like a charcuterie to cocktail hour and late night bites and Garrett and the whole Zest team made it a breeze! Some of our guests' favorites were the truffle arancinis at cocktail hour and the fried oreos for late night bites. We did short rib and halibut for dinner and both were so tender and flavorful. Our guests were commenting about it that night and the day after. We are so happy we chose Zest for our wedding caterer!”

I believe we had a lasagna, chicken/shrimp pasta, mac and cheese, and a cheesy squash-zucchini casserole. Beverly, her husband, and the rest of the crew were incredibly kind and their service was great; the serving of the food was very smooth, unlike some weddings I've been to where it takes forever for each table to get through the line! She even checked in with me at the end of the night to congratulate me and to make sure we didn't need anything else.
