Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. Garden chairs, banquet tables, tablecloths in a variety of colors and choice of two centerpiece styles are included. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Built in the 1930's as an escape for the North Carolina State Troopers, the Lodge transitioned into a getaway for the public just a few decades ago. Mixing a modern and upscale flair while being true to the building's historic roots, the newly renovated Lodge On Lake Lure provides the serenity, views, and comfort that guests look for when coming to the Lake. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. We can also include lodging in the five-bedroom Villa for up to 12 people, ceremony and reception furnishings, and day-of services. (We are there to support you through every step of your day!) We also have additional lodgings on the property in our treehouse cabins that can be rented as lodging. We love the opportunity to host family groups who use the whole property.
