Wow.. where do I even begin? Let me start by saying, we feel so honored to have had our wedding here at Charles Davis Mansion and we consider ourselves lucky to have met Bill (the owner) and his team (Kevin and Devon). From the very start of us considering Charles Davis Mansion as our wedding venue, Bill was incredibly attentive and responsive. Our messages were never ignored and he answered all our questions with clarity. Within a matter of hours from when we first reached out to him, we were able to swing by the mansion for a full tour. It is so evident how passionate Bill is about the mansion and its history. He made it clear that should we choose CDM as our wedding venue, they would do absolutely everything they could to make our day PERFECT. And they exceeded that by far. From setting up almost everything we would need for the rehearsal dinner and wedding, to providing a list of their preferred vendors, to adding small, thoughtful touches all around the house in preparation for our arrival. The amount of care and consideration they put forth was evident. Our guests went on and on about the shear beauty of the mansion and the back yard. Mrs. Magnolia and the hanging lights over the deck add such charm to the atmosphere. CDM provided all the linens, chairs, tables, the dance floor, the speaker system, the bar cart, some wedding decor, and tons of gorgeous china tucked away in the butler’s pantry. I can say that the mansion truly felt like home, and Bill and his team felt like family. You’d be blessed to have your wedding here.

We had our wedding reception at the Oscar Event Center June 7th and it was fabulous! The attention to detail by Josie Fickes, our wedding coordinator, in accomplishing our theme of elegant, rustic Italian and intimate group seating was perfect! I can't say enough about how professional, kind and responsive Josie was in making our vision come true! The menu selection is delicious. It will be hard to decide what you want. Our selections were delicious. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was. I have to comment on how nice it is to work with a coordinator that knows the vendors in the area to help you achieve your theme and have the best night you can for your guests. Additionally, the servers were excellent and really made our guests feel special. They go out of their way to help and attend to everyone! Thanks again Josie and Oscar staff, our reception was even better than we imagined!

The Glendale Lyceum was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was consistently prompt, friendly, and professional. The Factory was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. April was super responsive and accommodating in planning our day! We would however recommend a wedding planner/coordinator which was an option within the venue packages. We went without a planner and had to scramble to orchestrate some details the day of. Small details, but overall a great experience and would absolutely recommend for couples that are looking for a more casual wedding day!

We loved having our wedding at Centre Park of West Chester! The venue is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful grounds and architecture. Lindsey was so patient and helpful in coordinating all the details during the planning process and troubleshooting any issues that came up. She always communicated clearly and responded promptly to our questions. On the big day, the staff were wonderful and made sure everything ran smoothly. The Drees Pavilion was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. Their communication throughout the planning process was timely, efficient, and thoroughly addressed all of our questions. The venue itself offered beautiful views and they provided many decorations we were able to use if we wanted. They went above and beyond, holding extra meetings with us to hammer out all the details and timeline before the big day. Despite a few things going wrong, including some last-minute weather changes, the Drees Pavilion team kept the day running smoothly. (We never knew if and when anything went wrong!) They did an excellent job of quickly flipping the ceremony from outdoor to indoor with only a few minutes notice, which prevented us from running too far behind schedule. The space was set up perfectly, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. We highly recommend the Drees Pavilion to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding day. If you are looking for somewhere to get ready and spend the first half of the day, Drees is not for you as they do not offer that. We did feel a little short on space and a “calm” environment in the areas the bride and groom and bridal party were sitting to wait for the ceremony to begin. I chose this venue largely because of the great rainout plan- they let me decide about 45 min pre ceremony on indoor vs outdoor and moved everything I wanted inside which still looked breathtaking! Kelly was an awesome coordinator and we had a great experience with Sonia and Scott as well. I would choose this venue again!

We were married at Hotel Covington in September 2024 and it was hands down one of the best decisions we have ever made. We knew we wanted a fully outdoor wedding with food and drink provided on-site, and HC provided exactly that. I could go on forever about how wonderful every single person was – Ashley was amazing getting us started with HC, then seamlessly handed us over to Riley who was with us until the day of the wedding. The staff was attentive to our needs, and we were so bummed when the night was over. All our guests (including our sweet doggie) felt incredibly welcome. The brunch was great and the private room was so nice and just perfect. Everyone enjoyed their meal as well. All of that said, I want to give Patricia a HUGE shout out. She was amazing and so attentive to all of us. She didn't miss a beat and was right there with a drink or asking if we needed anything else. Just a pleasure. Rosewood manor is the most beautiful venue! It was a perfect location and it was great! Emily was the coordinator we used at the venue and had the set up and tear down option. She went above and beyond for us and made the day so much smoother! The set up and tear down option was the best decision ever and saved us so much stress! Emily became more like a friend throughout the planning process and we are so grateful for her help. She was there to answer all questions, communicate with vendors, and help us with the planning and day of.
