The only gripe was the undecorated wedding arch - I've been to many weddings where a fully ornamental arch was provided, but the one here was simply wood. As a bridesmaid, I was unsure of the communication with the venue beforehand, but the bride had been under the impression that a ready-to-use photographer's arch would be available. We had to make a last-minute trip to the craft store to get it decorated. Overall, Hansen Weddings and Events did a great job and I would recommend them.”

From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. Emily was there every step of the way helping explain every wild idea to our vendors that brought the magic to our wedding. From driving and picking up our flowers (4 hour round trip) on the day of our wedding to setting everything up and being a constant source of calm during the hectic day. Victoria did not overwhelm me one bit and kept everything to the basics at first which I completely appreciated. As we got close to my wedding, she would reach out on occasion to see how I was doing which was honestly shocking considering I was just a day of client. She truly treats all of her clients the same no matter the service you hire her to do which is refreshing and like rare to find these days. During the day of my wedding I legit had no worries because I knew she had everything covered. “Grace Lee Events is the best!!! She is efficient, organized, and prepared for anything that may happen on your special day. She made sure I was taken care of and felt no stress whatsoever! I gave her a list of pictures I wanted taken because we only had a short amount of time to get them done and she handled it all, made sure it was done how I wanted it done and answered any and all questions my friends and family had throughout the day. She also handled all of my florals on my tables and made sure they were set out how I wanted. Anything you need, Grace can do. Grace is the person to hire for your wedding & I could not recommend her enough!!”
