“I had the most beautiful bouquet for my City Hall civil ceremony, but no firm plans for the bouquet post-wedding. My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup. I'd highly recommend her services to preserve a piece of your special day.”

“Wedding May 2025, Beardslee Castle, Photos by Erin Covey Creative There's so many wonderful things to say, I hope I can cover them all. Hanna and Elle are outstanding florists and wonderful people to work with. My vision of flowers was was "pretty and lavender" and they took that and ran with it. My ceremony was originally meant to be outside but as the day got closer and the weather turned, Hanna made sure to be in touch with me and easily adjusted to doing the ceremony inside. Walking into the venue and seeing their work was incredible. The ceremony area was beautiful, the bud vases on the tables and along the mantels were so pretty and so perfect, me and my guests absolutely loved every detail. Hanna delivered the flowers to Beardslee, spent the afternoon setting up, and made sure to see me to give me and the bridesmaids our bouquets (which were STUNNING). From the initial consult all the way through to the wedding, she answered my questions, listened to my vision, and was all around amazing to work with. “Sweet as Honey Floral took my vague description (color, fun, classic) and venue (coastal) and created an absolute masterpiece! Since the venue overlooked a harbor, I didn't want an arch to block the view - instead, Erin recommended a sprawling garden style centerpiece, and it took my breath away! (See photo by Morgan Wynne Photography) We ended up bringing it upstairs to decorate the reception area after the ceremony was complete. The bouquets and boutonnieres were in a similar style and tied the whole thing together perfectly. Erin was so flexible and responsive during the planning process - I was so pleased, and I highly highly recommend!”
