Cloverleaf Farm was built in 1859 by Mordicai Edwards as a gift to his young bride, Martha, who desired the grandest house in the county. The home is reminiscent of the era in which it was erected. With ample space for entertaining and a multitude of options for ceremony and reception spaces, Cloverleaf Farm is full of possibilities. Welcome to Countryside Manor, an intimate event venue located in Winterville, GA. Our grounds boast a stunning main hall with covered outdoor terraces, set against the backdrop of a one-acre pond. Tucked away amongst the farmlands of Oglethorpe County, Countryside Manor is conveniently located about 20 minutes or less from the many dining, shopping, lodging and entertainment options in downtown Athens, GA. The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.

The Court Street Livery is a restored barn in downtown Washington, Georgia. It is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners and just about any event you can imagine. The big red barn has great details from the past including a soaring heart pine ceiling, brick walls, awesome lighting, a outdoor patio, and a huge open space with four wooden posts. You’ll have access to the barn for the whole day. You can take your time setting up because we rent the Livery for only one event each weekend and you may come in the day before for decorating and set-up at no extra cost. We're largely a “DIY” facility which can make our venue very budget friendly. You'll provide the ideas, decorations and set-up. The Livery is beautiful even with very few decorations. You will choose your own caterer/planner. The Livery has a full catering kitchen. We have a few tables but you'll need to rent additional equipment (chairs, tableware, sound system, etc.). There is ample free parking.

The Ivy on the Plains is a beautiful venue with plenty of space to accommodate all of your needs. The owners are very kind and passionate about what they do. They are experts in the business and are able to execute any vision you have. The venue is perfect for indoor or outdoor events. You won’t be disappointed!

The Main House, The Guest House, and The Loft can all be used to provide lodging for your bridal party and loved ones during your wedding weekend.

9 Oaks Farm is located in rural Monroe, Georgia. The sprawling landscape sets the scene for an intimate wedding surrounded by cultivated gardens, towering trees, and pastoral fields. The Farm is only 25 minutes from downtown Athens and a short drive from Atlanta, making it the perfect spot for your destination wedding. We have onsite housing for guest, making it a fun filled weekend for all. We also offer in house floral! We also have a sister venue: 2425 Warehouse.

Hays-McDonald Farm is a beautiful wedding venue located in Jefferson, Georgia. This farm consists of 450 acres of pastures, woodlands and a cabin built in 1840. Mulberry Chapel was built with love by the Coker family. Every beam, post, and detail was carefully cut, crafted, hand sanded, stained and assembled to match George Coker's vision. The surrounding 450 acre farm has been in the family for 50 years.
