Custom pricing is based on your guest count, event type, and day of the week. All bookings include cleaning, same-day event insurance, and required security for events over 100 guests. We require licensed, insured bartenders for alcohol service—no shots allowed and no service to guests under 21. A $500 damage deposit is held and released after post-event inspection. Additional services like full trash removal and enhanced décor can be added from our preferred vendor list we provide once we have a "Save The Date. We take care of table, chair and linen set up and tear down so all you have to do is light cleaning before you leave! We are also one of the few venues in the area that have no catering requirements and we offer BYOB for beverages.
