We include coordination, and no 'must use' vendors list so you can make your wedding personal and relaxing. We only offer totally private rentals, so you can feel like your guests are visiting you in your own home. Our pet-friendly property even lets you bring your pups. Rixey offers the most spectacular views... from the top of the Blue Ridge Mountains on one side, to the bottom of Rixey Lake on the other. Our rooftop and patio spaces make for a magical setting both at sunset and at night, and the Ballroom, complete with climate control and ADA-accessible bathrooms, means that inclement weather won't have a negative effect on your special day. The history of the house lends an air of vintage elegance, but what most of our couples love is the comfy atmosphere provided by big sofas, real fires, and the ability to curl up at the end of the night in the library with your favorite people.

The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department rents out its meeting hall to individuals, local businesses, community groups and organizations. All proceeds from this rental are used to support the department's operations. The Community Hall is available for rent on most Mondays through Saturdays and is an excellent venue for Wedding Receptions, Children’s Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, or Business Conferences. (The hall is not available on Sundays due to our weekly Bingo Fundraiser.)

Camp Holiday Trails is a beautiful 70+ acre nonprofit camp located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Open year-round, we engage children and teens with medical needs. Monroe Bay Vineyard is located on the water near Colonial Beach on the original birthplace Farm of our 5th President James Monroe. We have secluded and tranquil waterfront land to plan your perfect day. We have a large, unique barn made of natural, recycled materials of strawbales for insulation and recycled wine bottles for light and design. You no longer see the strawbales in the wall as they have been covered with a hydraulic lime the same material castles in France for hundreds of years have been made from. The inside is a museum quality white lime finish with unique curves with sun shining through the patterned wine bottle walls to give a unique backdrop.
