The Loft at Due South is comprised of 3 separate rooms. Each room can be reserved separately or you can reserve the entire Loft. The Main Ballroom has direct access to the bar as well as 2 patios and can seat up to 150 guests. The Augusta Room and The Savannah Room both seat up to 50 guests, but the difference is that the Augusta room has a window and the Savannah room is a bit larger. All rooms are equipped with A/V that are included as an option when reserving the space. Couches and chairs are also available in all rooms for a cozy feel for any event.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 1906 Greek Revival mansion was originally the Holberg Hotel. The 8,000 square foot Inn with nine guest bedrooms still has its original features: Georgia heart pine floors, ornate tin ceilings, elegant light fixtures and chandeliers, and eleven fireplaces. Our taproom features a ton of tasty small batch sours and barrel-aged beers in an expansive, eclectic space. Part of the Lee + White development along Atlanta’s BeltLine trail, the Garage houses 3 separate barrel aging rooms, a coolship, and an onsite orchard and garden. The Garage also features artisanal handcrafted pizzas that are baked in an Italian-built oven at over 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The crust uses a yeast culture that is a special sourdough blend containing wild yeast strains captured in the Garage’s coolship. The Garage also boasts an expansive private events space, available for weddings, corporate functions, and other gatherings.

Rooftop Terrace Located on the East wing of The Roof, the Rooftop Terrace offers unmatched, stunning views of the Atlanta skyline and its lush treetop canopy. The beautifully landscaped wood deck is partially sheltered by a 4,800 square foot semi-permanent tent strung with market lights. Our venue was originally built in 1942, and used as munitions storage during World War 2. After that, it was repurposed for different industrial uses until the 1990s, when we moved in and set up our antique shop. Thirty years later, the area has changed incredibly and we no longer work in antiques!

Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.
