Foothills Catering was founded by brother and sister, Nikki Lucero and Erik Farnsworth. Our parents first introduced us into the world of catering when they opened Lopiano’s Catering in 1989. Growing up working in the industry for 20 years was a once in a life time experience.

On top of our incredible catering services we also offer small batch hot sauces made from local Chile peppers from across Colorado.

We are a food truck based out of Denver, Colorado that specializes in Birria Tacos. Our mission and goals are to bring the state of Colorado an undeniable bite into its best life while providing excellent customer service.

Not only does Chef Brad have an associates degree in Culinary Arts, he has over 20 years of restaurant experience. Chef Brad has worked in restaurants ranging from Steak houses to Sushi bars, Chinese to Italian restaurants. After working in restaurants Brad worked for the rich and famous as a personal chef for 8 1/2 years on their private yachts. In 2019 Chef Brad and two of his friends won “The Great Food Truck Race” season 11 on Food Network.
