Lynn, my love since I was 13 years old, and I started thinking about building a venue on the family ground back in 2016. He started clearing out trees and our vision began. After a lot of life altering events, I decided to continue what we started. With the help of close friends and family, we completed Lynn’s Landing in late 2019. We still have lots of garden dreams to complete, and I know we will always add and change as time goes on. As a photographer, I’m always looking for beautiful gardens to take portraits in. Now I have my own. I will expand and fill over several acres in time. Our venue is on a 62-acre private, park-like setting accommodating both indoor and outdoor weddings and other special events located only 25 minutes south of Memphis, TN. The grounds of Wynnewood will accommodate any style of outdoor ceremony boasting open meadows, a beautiful pond, a Wisteria-covered gazebo, and many acres of woods with groomed walking trails for a lovely forest wedding.

Located just south of Downtown Memphis, the Metal Museum offers a picturesque venue nestled among oak trees with breathtaking views of the Mississippi River and the Harahan Bridge. Plan your wedding vows to coincide with the sun setting over the river, then dance the night away surrounded by sculpture and 100 year-old trees. In addition to the river view, our gazebo, constructed of historic castings, may be used as a focal point for your ceremony.

The Annesdale Mansion is an 1850s Italianate villa that combines elements of European romantic architecture with vintage Southern charm. Located in the Annesdale Snowden Historic District in midtown Memphis, Annesdale promises to be an unforgettable setting for your wedding or event.

After presenting twelve seasons of emotionally evocative performances to local and international audiences and cultivating a love of dance in thousands of students, Collage Dance remains at the national forefront of inspiring the growth and diversity of ballet. Collage Dance’s founders established the professional dance company in New York City in 2006 in response to the ballet industry’s lack of racial diversity on stage. In 2009, after moving to Memphis, Tennessee, Collage opened its dance conservatory to expand access to classical training to communities of color and prepare them for collegial and professional dance appointments. Collage’s professional dancers serve as role models and cultural ambassadors for the city of Memphis while Collage’s conservatory programs provide a multitude of ways for our community to engage with the fine arts.

Our historic building is the ideal location to host our wedding, with its immaculate marble, intricate stonework and Grecian columns deliver romance. The CRC provides the perfect ambiance for events of all types and sizes, no matter how formal or informal. The building was constructed from 1919-1921, as a home for Mr. C. R. Boyce, a successful Memphis cotton buyer. The interior beauty includes a marvelous mixture of form and detail in various cornices, moldings and trim. The home was a residence until 1979, when it was renovated as offices for a local company. In 1991, the Junior League of Memphis purchased the property, which is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
