I live within 50 miles of the top venues of my state an could've easily chosen to get married there and I'm sure have a beautiful wedding as I know the staff personally and they do a great job. I instead chose a destination wedding with my family and friends at Whitestone Inn because they're just the best. Having a beautiful venue that didn't need tons of decor and delicious food that people would genuinely enjoy were very important to me. People still talk about the food over a year later and it's all thanks to the in-house catering. Having multiple ceremony options was also important because I know things can happen. We had a member in our party who needed wheelchair accessibility and that was no issue whatsoever. The staff was so attentive and went above and beyond to help us make our day fun and memorable!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Nantahala Weddings and were so happy we chose them as our venue. Jody and Jess, the venue owners, provided excellent communication throughout the planning process - they responded quickly to all of our questions and requests for information. The mountain backdrop could not have been more perfect for our wedding vision. The outdoor ceremony space was intimate yet spacious, with beautiful landscaping and mountain views that made for incredible photos. For the value, we felt Nantahala Weddings was very reasonably priced compared to other venues we toured, we got the full weekend with no set end time! We highly recommend them for any couple looking for a stunning mountain venue with responsive, friendly owners.
