The staff was so attentive and helpful the entire weekend, from housekeeping, to the servers, bartenders, and everyone in between. They helped with some custom elements of our wedding like a private rehearsal dinner, entering the ceremony on a bike, and supporting guests with allergies in the menu/dinner service. All of our friends and family loved the quaint, cozy rooms. The landscaping was well cared for which helped make for the perfect backdrop to our entire event, including a wonderful outdoor cocktail hour. The AMC is an awesome organization that makes the outdoors accessible to many people in New England. Even if that wasn't true, this would have been the best venue because the setting is so gorgeous. We rented the lodge from Friday-Sunday and had 60 guests stay in bunkbeds with us at the lodge on Friday and Saturday nights. The AMC staff made delicious food that met the dietary restrictions of all our guests. They let us set up all over the property and turn the forest into our dream ceremony location. We even cold plunged in the pond! They took amazing care of us and all our guests, from the 3-month-old babies to my 91-year-old Grandpa, ensuring our wedding day was truly incredible and a family affair. It was incredibly important to us to have all of family and friends in one spot for the weekend. We had guests from all around the globe, and everyone agreed there was no where like it. \nI highly recommend the firework send off at the end of the reception. It’s a wonderful show. \n\nThe Ogontz team went above and beyond. We are so grateful. Not only is the venue and the grounds amazingly stunning. The food was on point. Every meal was taken care of and no one complained. (When does that happen??) \nIt's been over a month, and our guests are still raving that it was the best wedding they've ever attended.
