TRM is one of my favorite venues at which to work. The staff is extremely helpful in the planning process, as well as on the day of the event! Very hands-on with setup and break down. During the planning and initial tour, they draw a very detailed layout, which thrills any wedding coordinator! I highly suggest any Bride and Groom to look into the Tuscaloosa River Market for their big day

Starwood II Farms is an amazing venue for any occasion or event you want to have. The views are spectacular. Very country, rustic, and homey. The people(humans and fur) are what makes the place the best ever. Emily and Blair are very friendly and professional. They become part of the family not just the venue host and coordinators. The fur babies are even there to help you along the way or just to play. I highly recommend this venue more for the people you gain in your life.

The Cedars is an event venue and vacation home rental that is part of a working cattle farm. Built in 1890 in the Greek Revival Farmhouse style, it still sits in its original location today. Early in 2019, the restoration of the original Nathan Bryan Whitfield, Sr. home began with the vision to return the historic farm home to a public place for sharing its beauty, family history and its agricultural significance with the community and others.By 1890, Dr. Whitfield’s son, Nathan built The Cedars, naming it for a grove of cedar trees that grew between the home and the road, which is now U.S. Highway 80. In April of 2009, Alabama Governor, Bob Riley, and Commissioner of Agriculture, Ron Sparks, designated The Cedars as an Alabama Century Farm. Being recognized as a Century Farm means that the farm has been in operation as a family farm for over 100 years and has played a significant role in Alabama’s history.
