I am Mama to three wild boys and wife to a pretty rad redhead. Photography and the printed image are things that I hold close to my heart, right next to leather jackets, fuzzy dogs, vinyl records, and cheetah print everything. All of this nonsense information about me might not seem important, but trust me, it is. I’m a photographer, mom, wife, snowboarder, roller coaster enthusiast, former math teacher, and former mechanical engineer. I love the process of learning, which led to me earning my Ph.D. (but you don’t have to call me Dr.)! I have an extremely short attention span, am addicted to wearing beanies and headbands, and am fueled by chai tea. I'm socially awkward and I make weird faces when I concentrate to take photos. I dress for comfort and for rolling around on the ground, standing in creeks, and climbing into trees to capture the best angles for my photographs — but I do clean up reasonably well on wedding days!
