I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

I literally could not have gotten through our big day without Chelsea. From planning/timelines, to decor execution, vendor communication, I just literally have so much I could say about how beautifully it all came together. My caterer showed up with the wrong amount of food (didn’t use the finalized contract) and our security guard no showed us meaning no alcohol until we got someone there. Chelsea was right in there with everyone else calling and trying to get it figured out. Do not hesitate in using her as your planner or coordinator! It’s one of the most important decisions you make!

Hansen Weddings and Events was a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. The vendor was there promptly and available to help out and direct the wedding party to the right areas. Their work was solid, contributing to our special day in several ways. They were extremely punctual, which was greatly appreciated. The only gripe was the undecorated wedding arch - I've been to many weddings where a fully ornamental arch was provided, but the one here was simply wood. As a bridesmaid, I was unsure of the communication with the venue beforehand, but the bride had been under the impression that a ready-to-use photographer's arch would be available. We had to make a last-minute trip to the craft store to get it decorated. Overall, Hansen Weddings and Events did a great job and I would recommend them.
