Sharie, Dakon and team made everything so easy for us. We did the weekend stay, which was important to us as most of our guests were traveling from out of state. It was so fun to have the ranch to ourselves all weekend and there was plenty to do on site. The accommodations were great and everyone had a comfortable place to stay and plenty of towels and other necessities. It was super easy to access our portal and payment plans and easy to add on the beer burros (HUGE hit) and Lonesome Spur catering (also a HUGE hit!). We loved the open houses and used them as opportunities to meet recommended vendors and try the food and was thoroughly impressed with all our vendors and the full catering menu for the weekend. My only complaint was the gorgeous swing under the oak tree was broken at the time of our wedding, so we were unable to take pictures there, which was one of the main reasons I booked the venue. However, another wedding party prior to mine had broken it, and I think the owners just hadn't had the time to fix it.
