Virginia’s House is the west valley’s first boutique event venue. Opened in 1998 as a long-time dream of owner, Natalie Stahl – Virginia’s House has been the location for countless life celebrations. Our main business is weddings and receptions, however, we also accommodate milestone birthdays, anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, as well as end of life memorial services or family gatherings. Organize your next wedding, festival, or private event with us. The Square PHX, tucked beneath the Phoenix skyline and suspended in time, is an impressive setting for any occasion. It boasts historical architecture and a lush green landscape, as well as a variety of unique spaces for personal, group, community, nonprofit, and corporate gatherings of all kinds. The adjacent historical architecture, rose garden, and lush grounds serve as the perfect backdrop for any event of any size or scope. We do not require renters to use preferred vendors for the sake of convenience, making this an excellent venue for creating an event that is uniquely yours.

Alwun House is a nonprofit arts organization set in an historic 1912 house in downtown Phoenix. The historic house is wrapped with patio gardens. This is an outdoor venue. Rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day. We do not provide services of setup nor packages for food or beverages.

ASU Kerr is an enchanting, timeless adobe and wood home and music performance studio located one mile north of Old Town Scottsdale. Built by legendary composer, ethnomusicologist and violist Louise Lincoln Kerr in 1959 as a space for friends to gather and play music, the facility is a distinguished performing arts venue and private event site.
