She communicated in a transparent, deliberate way, but was never pushy or disrespectful. I interviewed multiple photographers and truly, we just meshed well together. Shelby is unique and her sparkle really shines during the chaos, handling it like a BOSS! We had a military wedding and let me tell you, she handled it. I learned that she also only takes 3-4 weddings a month to really prioritize her clients and let me tell you, it shows so much! She got us sneak peaks within a week and the full gallery was delivered in 4 weeks. Look, I could have easily been classified as an "intense" bride and Shelby reassured me all day and reminded me that I was allowed to enjoy my day. Our gallery was delivered via USB because we can't have personal photos of my husband on the internet. Lucia is professional, fast to respond to emails and texts, helpful with decisions, accommodating to any requests, concerns, and excited to give advice. Duncan and I really wanted our photographer to capture our true emotion and to get candids of us, and Lucia DID THAT! The day felt blissful and a key point for us was that we got to enjoy the day without it feeling solely like a photoshoot which I think speaks to Lucias talent and confidence in her craft. She was good at giving guiding advice for posing without us feeling posed. I put together a Pinterest board and shot list which she really did a great job pulling inspiration from.
