When I was shopping around, I talked to a lot of really amazing and talented florists, but Dana stood out because of her drive, professionalism, and her understanding of my vision. Of note, I was between DM Events and one other vendor for my florals (he was recommended by my venue) and when I had one of my calls with him, I was quoted almost three times the price that Dana had quoted me. When I mentioned that, this vendor told me that "if I could get it for less, go with the other vendor." He genuinely didn't believe that I could have gotten what I was looking for at a lower price point. My flower delivery the day of was timely, professional, and once again, totally seamless. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. I discovered wood flowers when I was planning my wedding in 2020. From that point I fell in love and Tipsy Designs blossomed! Since then, we have done several weddings, even was hired by the football hall of fame in Canton Ohio in August 2023.
