Each Friday, I created a new menu with two recipes—a meal and a soup—which became a big hit! As I grew, I began offering catering services, from small luncheons of 15 to weddings with 80 guests. Although I do most of the cooking myself, I get help from my mother, Heather, and my boyfriend, Alex. Initially, I had three jobs, including bartending at a local bar, which I loved.
