The Unitarian Society campus includes the Sanctuary, a Reception hall, a Terrace and two Gardened Courtyards, allowing for wedding Ceremonies inside or out. Designed and built in 1930 in the city’s signature Spanish-Revival style, the rustic glamor is enhanced by antique architectural elements. Las Cumbres Ranch is a holistically-operated, family-owned ranch located in the Purisima Hills on California’s Central Coast. We breed pedigree Bonsmara cattle. We follow regenerative practices, thus increasing biodiversity. Holistically planned regenerative grazing considers not only the condition of the cattle but also the condition of the soil, the plants, and the wildlife. Regenerative planned grazing imitates the grazing patterns of ancient migrating herds. We produce Beef, Eggs, and Honey that we sell to local Restaurants and Farmers Markets. We have many different spaces that can be used for events, depending on the aesthetic desired.

Our space is simple and cozy for your intimate ceremony. Weather in Bakersfield can be tricky but we will be comfortable year round in our climate controlled space. Our chapel is an affordable alternative to a courthouse wedding with photo ops to cherish your special milestone.

Younger Gardens offers a brand new unique space, in the heart of Bakersfield. With a stunning landscape we bring together the perfect blend of nature and rustic-style for couple’s that desires a cozy, ranch-style wedding! When saying “I do” here, you and your guests will enjoy a picturesque and secluded setting, ensuring an abundance of treasured memories. This space offers impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere that caters to events both grand and intimate.

With our multiple rooms, we can handle events, celebrations, proms and formals, weddings, and parties from 50 guests up to 388 guests! We have excellent coordinators and designers available for your event to help your vision come to life. Most weddings book two of our event rooms at the same time. We offer indoor ceremonies in our large banquet room as an option. Having multiple spaces, we can create a smooth transition for all size weddings that goes from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception without moving tables and chairs.
