When Shane and Wayne Bernard (Co-owners of Pica’s Pub and Grill est. 1939) were presented with the opportunity to expand next door into the building formerly occupied by Laschi’s Garden Center they jumped at it. They knew exactly what the area was missing and wanted to create a fun space with quality food, ice cream and a renovated greenhouse to hold private events and weddings to compliment their full service restaurant next door. Featuring several of their fan favorite items from next door, quality Italian Deli Sandwiches and Gifford’s Premium Ice Cream. Colonial Hall is located above Rockafellas restaurant inside of the historic Daniel Low and Co Building. It was formerly a church, a bank and once the largest jewelry store in the country. It is truly a cornerstone of Salem history. Our grand ballroom with vaulted ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors and gracious balconies is the perfect setting for your next special occasion.
