Starr Photo & Video is a local team of talented photographers and videographers here in Idaho that are all dedicated to providing our clients with timeless wedding imagery and an amazing experience. I am Hallie! I am born and raised in Cache Valley. I’m 21 years old and am currently studying at Utah State University to eventually become a photo & video journalist. I eat Indian food way more than I should, I love the earth and would definitely consider myself to be a treehugger.
