Welcome. The Alice Collective is a community-minded event space in the heart of downtown Oakland. We are able to host a wide variety of events from rehearsal dinners to seated dinners to happy hours to full day workshops. The 4,000 sq ft of flexible space is filled with local art, a fully stocked bar and two landscaped patios. We have an experienced staff standing by to help create a memorable experience at The Alice!

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was spectacular. From the food (they recommended the caterer. YUM!), to the awesome service from the staff, to the bar/bartenders, and lastly to the outdoor oasis. How did we get so lucky to stumble upon this gem??? I need to find another reason to rent this location again.

We are so happy we went with Chabot Space and Science Center for our wedding. We wanted something unique that also aligned with our interests -- our background in physics, astronomy, and space. The staff at Chabot are incredibly kind and were quick to respond to our emails and questions. The space was incredibly expansive and unique for our guests. The planetarium ceremony was our favorite part, and we will treasure those memories forever. As an educator myself, I fully appreciate that Chabot is a non-profit organization and that my deposit/rental fee goes back to the community and staff. Thank you again for making our day so special!
