Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream. Everything that I communicated was heard. The vision that I had planned for was achieved. It was even better than what we could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to Baker’s Ranch for their incredible work.

From beginning to end he systematically removed any worries or concerns we may have had, most of them without us having to mention anything. The location, table arrangements and lighting were all beautiful and the house set up is perfect for getting ready and relaxing. We will never forget our dream day. The communication from the staff was amazing - attentive, descriptive, and kept me feeling calm and prepared, especially when we were figuring out backup plans for potential rain. I loved working with the decorator who helped with all the little details - she had long black hair and such a sweet demeanor. Another standout was Desiree who helped ensure everything ran smoothly. At one point when I forgot my bouquet, someone raced to grab it so I didn't walk down the aisle empty handed! It's clear this team truly cares. The quality of this venue was great and why we chose it. It is beautiful and updated and we didn’t have to incorporate many more decorations because of this. The chef here was amazing as we had an Indian-American wedding and the chef worked with us to perfect our menu of fusion food even when he had never made Indian food before. There was issues at times communicating with the venue planner. There was mishap on the day of the wedding where the bar was opened at a time it wasn’t supposed to be and wasn’t in our contract and we had to pay 1000 for what was served during this time. We were very pleased with the venue quality in general, but unfortunately had some costly mishaps from miscommunications with the staff.

We used the TIME 4 U Ride service for a bachelorette. The Concierge helped us with the itinerary which was great, we all enjoyed the party bus, and our driver was on time and easy to get ahold of throughout the night. Overall great service and we planning on using them again!

I had The Shop host my birthday party, and it was a blast! There is a bar area right when you enter the building, with a customizable moss wall. The upstairs is awesome, and was the prefect hang out spot. I appreciate The Shop, and would love to do another event there!

How do you pull off a wedding amid COVID and with a threatening hurricane? Lance Fletcher and Grandezza, that’s how. The facility accommodates 300 people, so plenty of room for social distancing among our 100+ guests. A little bit it adjusting for the cocktail hour to ensure we followed the COVID orders- and the day was a huge success! Biggest surprise? How much the guests loved the outdoor terrace just off of the ballroom. The food was amazing. The venue is drop dead gorgeous. Lance and Stephanie went out of their way to make certain the wedding was a success. My guests comments uniformly included the word “impeccable.” We considered other venues including Sanibel Harbour and Gulf Harbour - but I think I got more for the money and ultimately a more beautiful wedding reception at Grandezza. Thank you Grandezza for delivering the fairy tale for my daughter.
