There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. Garden chairs, banquet tables, tablecloths in a variety of colors and choice of two centerpiece styles are included. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Homewood, a special event venue in Asheville, NC, is an ideal destination for rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, and gatherings. Homewood is a beautifully restored 1920s stone manor located in Asheville's post-Victorian historic district of Montford. The elegant castle was originally built as a private home. The elegance of the 1920s luminesces from original wrought iron chandeliers and alabaster sconces, casting graceful lighting from the 20-foot ceilings of the Great Room to the original hardwood floors, cherry walls, and grand Appalachian stone fireplaces. Conveniently located within a mile of downtown Asheville, Homewood offers 200 free, designated parking spaces, and is located in a neighborhood setting. The Great Room seats 110 people for dinner, or up to 150 with cocktail seating, with space for dance floor and DJ or band. Homewood is fully handicap-accessible. In 1929, Jean-Pierre Auguste Dalmas, a Waldensian immigrant from Villar Pellice, Italy, started construction on the dairy barn on his property in Valdese, NC. After the barn had been completed, work began on the main house. He built a rock veneered masterpiece, large enough to house his 7 children. He cleared a field for a vineyard and until his death in 1972 (at the age of 92), he made wine in the basement of the main house every autumn.

Uptown Indigo is a family owned and operated venue with two floors and a breathtaking rooftop terrace. The design is "chic industrial" with lots of artistic details. From the original tin ceilings to the handmade tiles, Uptown Indigo is a truly unique wedding venue. The venue can accommodate up to 220 seated guests, with the largest space being the 6,000 square foot Indigo Ballroom. This ballroom is characterized by its modern light fixtures combined with original historic elements. It is fully accessible with a vintage elevator and large, elegant bathrooms. The Steeples Event Space is on the top floor, complete with a prohibition-era, rustic space for cocktail hours or smaller ceremonies. The detailed tile ceilings along with the warm lighting give the space a romantic, yet fun feel.
