Many of our guests had special food requests and allergies, and the La Vera team under Holly managed them with ease. As the bride, I had one simple request for food on my wedding day, and that was a side of macaroni and cheese. When my husband and I entered our reception area and took our seats at our sweetheart table, there was a bowl of macaroni and cheese already waiting for us alongside our salads.
